Refund Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee – Veneers and Dental Products

In accordance with fair trade practices and consumer protection regulations established under United States law—particularly the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 41–58) and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.)—we hereby establish the following refund and warranty policy:

1. Satisfaction Acknowledgment Form

Once dental veneers (or any other custom dental product) have been installed and final quality checks have been completed, the client shall sign a Satisfaction Acknowledgment Form, certifying that the result meets their expectations and complies with the agreed standards of quality and aesthetics.

This document serves as legal proof of full and voluntary acceptance of the service and product delivered, and stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence, backed by our professional and ethical standards.

2. Product Warranty

Should the client experience any issues with a veneer or product installed, and provided that the issue stems from a manufacturing or installation defect, we will proceed to repair or replace the product at no additional cost, as long as the issue is reported within the warranty period specified in the service agreement.

This warranty is in accordance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which governs consumer product warranties and requires clarity, transparency, and fair dealing by both provider and consumer.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of installed dental veneers and other dental products, no full refunds are permitted once the Satisfaction Acknowledgment Form has been signed. This clause is enforceable under the principles of truthful and fair commerce, as recognized in U.S. commercial law.

Under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC § 2-316), once a product or service has been accepted and used without immediate claim of defect, and satisfaction has been confirmed in writing by the customer, there is no legal obligation for a full refund. This protects the provider from unjustified post-service claims.

4. Rights and Responsibilities

At all times, both provider and client agree to act in good faith and in compliance with mutual obligations, as set forth in the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC § 1-304). The consumer’s rights are protected against any proven negligence, while the provider’s rights are safeguarded against baseless refund requests that contradict the agreed and signed terms.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
